The Asset Management Department plans and manages the repair, maintenance, construction and renovation functions for all City facilities and buildings.

Building Maintenance and Repair

Includes:

  • Overseeing the preparation of building maintenance
  • Project specifications
  • Reviewing consultant drawings and reports
  • Energy management programs
  • Determining the most appropriate method of completing and implementing repair
  • Maintenance or renovation project requirements whether through in-house staff or outside contractors.
