Currently Public Hearings will be held as hybrid meetings with both in-person and electronic attendance. To speak in support or in opposition to a proposal, you must attend the Public Hearing at the time and date indicated by either method of participation.

Visit the Council Agenda page the Thursday prior to the schedule Public Hearing to see the public hearing agenda.

At the meeting, you will have five minutes to speak. The five-minute limit also applies if you are speaking on behalf of family members, neighbours, citizen groups, association members, etc.

Give some thought to the important points you want to make so that you can stay within the allowed time.
