A Walk To Remember

A Walk to Remember is an opportunity for our community to honour their loved ones.
Together we will raise funds to support Hospice Care in our Campbell River and surrounding areas.

Join us in walking 3km from the Hospice Care Centre, taking a pre-determined route and returning to Hospice. Once back, we will host a special memorial ceremony with Leslie Haynes-Hodgins, M.S.W., R.S.W., Hospice Clinical Lead Counsellor, along with refreshments, music, guest speakers, an Open Art Therapy Studio and much more.

In previous years A Walk to Remember has been an emotional, meaningful and impactful event that has brought our grieving community closer together. Past participants have been able to share in their grief and experience support like no other from this event. During our balloon release in 2022, it was very moving to see everyone's journey and how such an emotional ceremony brought them closer together. Please visit out web page www.crhospice.ca/awalktoremember for more details or to register.

When: Saturday May 13, 2023
Time: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
