    Recycle more starting May 19 – curbside blue box program expanding

    Starting May 19, 2014 Campbell River residents will be able to put more recyclable items in the blue box at the curbside.

    Milk cartons, aerosol cans, spiral wound containers for frozen juice, cookies and other items, hot and cold drink cups and plastic plant pots are among the new items that will be collected with curbside recycling.

    Campbell River residents will also pay $14 less for curbside recycling collection in 2014.
